Back to the basics

Decided to start keeping track of my progress via blogging, again.

About 15lbs heavier since last time I posted here, didn't realize I gained that much. Starting a new routine called Madcow 5x5. Modification of Strong Lifts 5x5, but a tad more advanced, uses basic periodization techniques.

i took a rest on sunday, and monday i was sick :(

2x12 Dumbell press @80lb
4x12 Dips @45lb
4x12 incline press @135
4x12 Vsit up
4 planks till failure
4x20 crunches

set a new PR on squats today, woohoo me :D

4x8-12 squats @225lb
4x12 calve raises@205lb
4x8-12 OHP @95lb
4x12 leg ext@115lb
4x12 front/lateral raise (superset)@10lb

back/bicep

didn't get a chance to update yesterday was busy, so here it is

4x failure pullups
4x8-12 deadlifts @195lb
4x12bent over row @115lb
4x12 chin up (with slow negative)

ive also gained 4lbs since i stared this blog :) @155 woot woot

chest/tri/abs

well this was tough, had a busy day couldn't lift again until 8pm

4x12 V-situps
4x8-12 incline bb press @145lb
4x 1min plank
4x12 tricep extension @65lbs
4x12 crunches @+0lbs
4x8-12 flat bb press @165lb

still working on getting my breathing down on bench, and going to work towards 2 kin planks and weighted crunches (i never really worked abs before this)
