August 31 Chest Day

Bench Press 4x5 @195lb
Incline 2x5 @135lb
Flyes 3x8 @35lb

As with legs, I think i'm going to up the reps and volume and start a more bodybuilding style routine.

I think i'm going to start doing more volume and higher reps
