August 30, Legs day

5x5 Squats @215lb
1x20 Squats @165lb
Leg ext 1x12 @115lb
SLDL 1x12 @135lb

I think i'm going to start doing more volume and higher reps
Something like..
3x8 Squats @205lb
1x20 Squats @175lb
3x12 Leg ext @115lb
3x12 SLDL @155lb

Tomorrow is chest day
