August 31 Chest Day

Bench Press 4x5 @195lb
Incline 2x5 @135lb
Flyes 3x8 @35lb

As with legs, I think i'm going to up the reps and volume and start a more bodybuilding style routine.

  1. i never feel like using the bench press is doing anything. are you using any supplements?

  2. try dumbbell press, just do slow and controlled. feel your muscles contract
    yeah im taking a protein and thats it right now lol
